NRL 2024: Titans, Injury update: Fifita's positive progression after pec tear

David Fifita has returned to the training field this week after receiving surgery for a partial pec tear in December.

In great news for the Titans powerhouse as he works towards getting back for the 2024 season, the 23-year-old began jogging on Thursday to be comfortable with his arm swing four weeks post-operation.

Fifita will increase his run loads in the coming fortnight, as well as continuing to build on his range of motion strength.
