The Titans have been dealt another injury blow with a further two players being added to Gold Coast's casualty ward after Saturday's clash against the Dolphins.

Despite bravely playing on after being the victim of a dangerous hip drop tackle, Phil Sami is expected to spend at least the next three weeks on the sidelines with a syndesmosis injury picked up from the incident.

From the Field: Phil Sami

Keenan Palasia will face a similar amount of time out of the game with a quad strain sustained at training late last week, which ruled him out of the weekend's Sunshine Showdown.

Isaac Liu will also be out of this weekend's Cowboys clash after failing his head injury assessment post-match - the experienced forward entering the mandatory 11-day concussion return to play protocols which will make him unavailable for Round 5.
