The Gold Coast Titans are proud of their major presence in the community supporting our grassroots stakeholders, community partners and charities through player and club appearances. As an organisation that has built a reputation on its significant community contribution, we understand that with an elite national profile comes the added responsibility to work with the broader community to set a positive example and assist in addressing many of the social issues impacting society.

We aim to build upon the work the club has already achieved, which include the following highlights;

  • NRL Community Club of the Year (2009)
  • Ken Stephen Medallists – Preston Campbell (2008), Luke Douglas (2015) & Ryan James (2018)
  • Gold Coast Young Australian of the Year – Kane Elgey

Rugby League is a fantastic vehicle for influencing and engaging important community issues. Through the commitment of our playing group/community along with our dedicated administrative staff, we are able to drive our many meaningful programs delivered as a club. As the club is focused on the delivery of our community programs, we therefore have limited player resources available for appearances that do not have a direct benefit to the club or community.

School Programs

The Titans have a variety of school community programs to suit many scenarios. Titans Community staff are trained in the delivery of these programs to ensure a positive and engaging experience for all involved. For more information, visit the School Programs page.

Are you a local teacher from a Gold Coast or Northern Rivers school? Sign up to be a Titans Teacher Ambassador! To sign up, visit the Titans Teacher Ambassador Page.

Watch the team train

There are special opportunities to allow community groups to visit the club to watch and meet the team. The Titans training sessions can show groups the preparation and hard work our players are put through to be game ready for the NRL season.

These opportunities can also include a tour of the training facilities located in the Titans High Performance Centre at Parkwood Village.

Due to the limited nature of available sessions, priority is given to Gold Coast and Northern Rivers Schools and JRL Clubs.

The visits do not attract a cost. However, should the school/group/club be in a position to, we welcome a monetary donation to Titans Together to ensure our community team can continue to deliver experiences such as these.
