Josh Hoffman has not missed a match this season despite a nagging ankle injury and has covered fullback, centre (initially in tandem with William Zillman) and five-eighth.
But he is back in his favoured fullback position to end the season where he has been tremendous defensively, saving many tries, and busy in attack although he hasn’t seen as much clear space as he would like.
His tussle with Lachlan Coote will be a feature of Saturday night’s clash. After missing all of the 2014 season with a knee injury, Coote - strong under the high ball and elusive in attack - has added a new dimension to the Cowboys and allowed Michael Morgan to fire back at five-eighth (before his injury).
They are both top class.
